On 6.12.24, the children of the Viktoria School were once again visited by St. Nicholas and his helper Ruprecht. The classes gave them a warm welcome and performed songs and poems. St. Nicholas brought a present for each class.
On 28.11.2024, Christmas crafts took place in the 3rd and 4th hour at our school. The children and parents diligently decorated the classroom and the school with their creative works. It was a lovely Christmas atmosphere, which we have captured in some pictures.
First impressions of working with our school dog Hermine. Ms. Konert and the children are pleased that this works so well and that everyone feels comfortable.
On Friday, August 30, 2024, the very popular painting event for the start of school took place. All the children at Viktoriaschule lovingly painted the otherwise gray ground of the schoolyard colorful and colorful. They were able to give free rein to their creativity with street chalk.
On Friday, 28.6.2024, our annual sports festival took place on the sports field at the city park. In great weather, the kids gave their all in the sprint, punch ball and long jump. Numerous helpers supported the teachers at the various stations. Many thanks for that! There was also a great break-time play station with lots of exercise materials. The certificates will be distributed next week.
Despite the rain, our swimming children gave their all at this year's Gronau schools swimming competition. Their efforts were rewarded and we ended up in second place overall. You can see the pictures of the award ceremony in the gallery. The girls took second place in the relay swim. We were also able to win some medals in the individual rankings =)
On Saturday, June 15, 2024, the time had finally come: after many rehearsals, the performance of the musical "Die Schattenkönigin" took place in the packed auditorium of the Werner-von-Siemens-Gymnasium.
Friday, April 26, 2024 was the day. The anniversary celebration to mark the 125th anniversary of our Viktoria School could take place and the new Dino was inaugurated.
The time has finally come. Today, 4.03.2024, the construction work on our new climbing frame has begun. Hopefully the construction will go quickly so that we can play on the Dino soon. Here are some impressions of the construction.
On Thursday, it was also "Helau - the fools are on the loose" at our school. We celebrated carnival together with lots of good humor, great costumes and fun games. After all the children celebrated in their classes for the first two lessons, there was a huge polonaise through the whole school. Afterwards, the school's best costumes were chosen. This was a very difficult decision as there were so many great costumes. This year, an astronaut and a clown got the most applause. Finally, we danced the Macarena together in the schoolyard. It wasn't just the children who had a lot of fun =)
We are very happy about our new school song. Dennis Buss, a musician and rapper from Gronau, has supported us and written a great new song for the Viktoriaschule.
